Turning to Yeshu: Repentance and Faith
Each of us, deep within, knows that something is not right in the world — and not right within ourselves. We may try to be good, follow religion, help others, or seek truth in many ways, yet there remains a gap — a sense of guilt, shame, or emptiness we cannot remove by our own efforts.
This is because we were created for a living relationship with the one true God. But that relationship has been broken. The Bible says,
“All have sinned and fall short of the glory of God” (Romans 3:23).
Sin is not just doing wrong things — it is turning away from God, seeking life apart from Him.
But God, full of mercy, did not leave us in this condition. He sent Yeshu the Messiah, born of a virgin, to live a sinless life, to show us the heart of God, and to die for our sins on the cross. He rose again on the third day, defeating death and offering us eternal life.
To receive this gift, the first step is repentance — turning away from sin and turning toward God.
Repentance is not merely feeling sorry — it means a change of heart, a surrender, a willingness to be made new.
Then comes faith — putting your trust in Yeshu alone to save you. Not in your own good works, not in rituals, but in the finished work of Yeshu on the cross.
The Bible promises:
“If you declare with your mouth, ‘Yeshu is Lord,’ and believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.” (Romans 10:9)
Faith in Yeshu is not blind. It is a response to God’s love and truth. He calls you by name. He knows your story. He invites you to come, just as you are.
Would you like to begin this new life? You can pray with a sincere heart:
“O God, I turn away from my sin and from my own ways. I believe Yeshu died for me and rose again. Forgive me, cleanse me, and make me new. I trust in You. Come into my life and lead me. Amen.”
This is the beginning of a new journey — a new birth — a new heart.
